Tags

How to use tags

This feature has been set up for the Abriska 31000 Enterprise Risk Management module. This feature can be utilised as an additional filtering against risks. If you would like this feature but it is not visible in your account please email your account manager or support@urmconsulting.com.

Creating Tags

Tags need to be created prior to associating them to a risk. From the main login page navigate to 'Organisation' on the left panel > 'Org Setup' > you will see 'Tags' listed with 'Division', 'Documents' and 'Contacts'. Click into 'Tag's > Click 'New Tag' > add the relevant details to the type of tag you would like to create.

Tags can be set up in groups, such like divisions (note 'Parent Tag').
The 'Reference' should be a prefix you can distinguish when filtering or reviewing risks.

Risk Statement Setup - Adding Tags

Tags will now show on the risk statement setup page. It is not mandatory for a risk to have a tag, but the option will always be available during risk set up or in the risk register.

Tags can be assigned to existing risk in the risk register as well as being edited. You can view the tags in the risk statement.

The risk register can be filtered to show the tag/risk association and allow you to identify trends. You can filter the risk register using the option at the top of the page or use the risk register status panel.
