MFA Setup

Multifactor Authentication Setup

The MFA feature in Abriska has been added from 24th April 2023 Cyber Essentials requirement for cloud services to have MFA enabled to be compliant to the scheme. We have added this into Abriska to accommodate organisations with this certification. This is also available for any Abriska customer. ​

There are two method in which MFA can be enabled.
  • All organisation users - this allows org admins to turn on MFA for all users. Org admins can go to > Organisation Setup > System Setup > Login Settings > select 'Required' if you want to enable this for all users.
  • Individual users - users can enable MFA for their profile only. You can find this feature by clicking on your name to reveal the dropdown options > selecting User Profile > Multifactor Authentication > move the toggle to Enabled.

Once enable, you will need an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator to pair and generate a code to allow you to log in.​
When this is enabled users will be prompted to enter their username, password and then the authorisation code.
