Audit Trail

All activities that are completed by the user are recorded within the database, and where specific items are changed these values are recorded within an audit history/audit trail. This will show the history of a specific item including the value for that assessment, the date and time, the username that inserted/saved the item and any justification/narrative that was provided. This option is only available on specific forms e.g. control maturity assessments, recovery time objectives, risk assessments.

A full log of all changes is maintained within an audit trail which allows an administrator to download an itemised log of changes for a specific date. This is available within Organisation > Org. Setup > Audit Register.
