Username
A username is a unique name that is applied to a specific contact. Typically, organisations utilise email addresses as usernames as these are guaranteed to be unique.
Note: Usernames must be unique across the whole solution and can only be in made up of
characters, numbers and these punctuation characters “_.@”. This should allow usernames to be email addresses.
