Organisation Setup

You can get here from: Dashboard > Organisation > Organisation Setup > (you will see Divisions, Documents, Contacts then) Organisation Setup.

Asset Attributes Assets otherwise known as Resources require a confidentiality, integrity and avaialbility impact score should they be compromised. This is required for Abriska 27001 and Abriska 27036 (when assessing supplier impacts for supplier criticality and questionnaire filtering).

Classifications

Relates to the classification of assets. (Note: Not available within 27036).

Cost Types

Values set here are used when actions are set in risk treatment. To create a cost type, a name and symbol association must be set.

View access to Abriska and amend access rights

View access and usage of Abriska between set dates

System Setup

Organisation Logo

Displaying in the top left corner of your Abriska account this will display to all users, including any suppliers that may have an Abriska account to complete your questionnaires (part of the Abriska 27036 module). logos need to uploaded in JPEG or PNG format and be a maximum file size of 1MB.

Password Complexity

Provides the ability to set password length, complexity and other aspects of good password management

Notification Setup

Allows the setting of time-based reminders and flags that will appear in the dashboard. These notifications can relate to the need to revise documents, unresolved actions and overdue questionnaires

Login Settings

Provides the ability to provide a login message to users and also set the timeout period for sessions (default is set at 5 minutes of inactivity)

Library References

Provides the ability to introduce any common glossary into Abriska to ensure consistency of data entry and facilitate comparison across the organisation. The information appears as on-screen guidance for users.

Custom Data Fields

For each supplier or resource, additional information can be held within Abriska. New fields can be created here and will automatically appear against all resources.

System Appearance

Allows customisation of the colour scheme across the Abriska module

System Variables

Allows customisation of the number of rows that are displayed in a table such as in the dashboard.

Dashboard

The dashboard is designed to give you a snapshot view the key elements with your account. The various widgets display information based around the modules you hold licensing for.
